Activated carbon electrostatic bactericide filters (ACEB) are composed of activated carbon, electrostatic fiber and bactericide for use in the air conditioners. It can purify air indoors by filtering the air, inhibiting living and self-reproduction of bacterium and absorbing harmful gas and odors in the air. With its low price, high performance, easy mounting and dismounting, our filters are well accepted by air conditioner manufacturers worldwide.
When the air flows through the filter dust, aerosols and microbes can be filtered on the surface of the fiber materials. Since the inhibitor itself has a special compound which provides a great number of active and positive ion groups, the active group will be embedded in the fiber molecules, and thus form a positive electric field. When coming in contact with the inhibitor, the molecules will die because the inhibitor can make the cell wall of molecules burst.
These filters can provide odor removal through activated carbon. Activated carbon fiber is made from carbonization and activation under the high temperature of 800°C. It provides abundant micro-hole structure, precise hole-diameter scope and large surface area. It can absorb such harmful gases as NH3, H2S, C6H6.
Inspection by the Shandong Department of Epidemiology and Sanitary Epidemic Prevention showed that our ACEB filters are of reasonable construction. It has strong purification performance with its dust cleaning capacity as high as 95%, and bacterium 90%. The H2S absorption capacity is 80%.
Structure:
1) Wave electrostatic fiber is a very fine filter material. The wave structure gives it
higher dust holding capacity with lower wind resistance
2) Electrostatic fiber has a static electric-charge on it which can improve the filtering
performance of the filter
3) Strong inhibiting action to all fungus and bacterium

5) Great adsorption capacity, especially for organic gas and radioactivity elements
